No. Cobb Hill Estate is private property and is accessible by appointment only.  Just as when your wedding or vacation is taking place you will not want sightseers dropping by to survey the site, we ask you to respect others and make an appointment.

As our schedule can change due to changes in schedule this calendar shows availability 21 days ahead only.  So if your date is further ahead please wait to schedule it when it is within 21 days of your revisit date.Per your rental agreement there is a limited number of free visits included with additional appointments for an added fee. In addition to the main house, the Carriage House, which is located in the meadow about 3 minutes from the main house and wedding site area is available for rent and can sleep 9 in a "family style" open setting, meaning that there is one bathroom to share for all guests and the beds are in a common space so privacy is more limited than the main house.  The shower is in one room and the toilet and sink in a second.  It is included in some wedding packages.

The sleeping arrangements in the Carriage House consist of four queen size beds upstairs and a day bed downstairs.  All sleeping arrangements are in shared space. There is a minimum stay of 2 nights for the Carriage House. If it is not already part of your package, you or your guests can book the Carriage House using the block booking link we provided after your rental was confirmed.  Let us know if you do not have this link. Remember that there is only one Carriage House, so once this is booked it will not be available to others in your party so share this link carefully!

We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure the best selection of dates and services, at least 6-12 months in advance is ideal. However, we can often accommodate shorter timelines, so please don’t hesitate to contact us with your needs.
